Your satisfaction is my priority. We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of item delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in impeccable, resalable condition. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned in unsalable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, email brian@foreverincompleteart.com. If your return is approved, you'll be provided with instructions for the return process, including where to send your package. Please be aware that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please promptly inspect it. If you discover any defects or damages, contact me immediately at brian@foreverincompleteart.com so that we can promptly address the issue.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that I am unable to accept returns or issue refunds for sale items.
Refund Process
Once your item is received and inspected, you'll be notified about the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing time for refunds may vary and is subject to your bank or credit card company's procedures.
